Business Development Executive – Day Shift

Job Title: Business Development Executive - Day Shift
Location: Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift - (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM)
Salary Range: 35,000 PKR - 40,000 PKR + (Target-based Commission)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Accurately update and maintain client information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
• Handle client objections and inquiries with confidence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, especially in appointment
setting or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively during the night shift.
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software (preferred).
