Salary: Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 50,000

We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our
fast-growing team at YC Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead
generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Responsibilities
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Required skills and qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
